Dear Anthony,
Thank you for your answer and sorry to react so lately, I was in the field
out of connection.
You give a simple but relevant advice : not using this presentation if you
don't have the means to deal with its destruction.
Unfortunately, some countries have some "good deal" with pharmaceutic
industry which is ready to sell for affordable price (and sometime as a
donation for a limited time) some unadapted vaccine presentation.
This is our role to advise health authorities of these countries to look at
all aspects of immunization activities before ordering or accepting any
kind of presentation. I am not sure that national regulatory authorities
also provide criteria for elimination of a candidate vaccine for qualification.
