IATA regulation changes for Time & Temperature Sensitive Pharmaceutical shipments, with regard to the logging devices, additional text is proposed in the IATA regulations for Chapter 17 of the Perishables

Temperature Logging Devices require extra certification to prove that the devices:
· are not capable of generating a dangerous evolution of heat,
· meet the defined standards for electromagnetic interference
· the operation of the device does not interfere with aircraft systems
I would like to know if somebody in WHO was aware of that and if the process to revision of the pre-qualification criteria is already committed and if not it these new certifications will be taken into account and when?
