Hello,
As you may have heard, IIS will be required to sign the Data Use Agreement (DUA) with APHL (Association of Public Health Laboratories) for participation in both IZ Gateway Connect and IZ Gateway Share, along with the Interjurisdictional MOU for IZ Gateway Share. The DUA was updated on August 3, 2020. The IZ Gateway team is offering the following opportunities for public health programs and interested stakeholders to learn about the IZ Gateway legal agreements and facilitating secure data sharing for IIS. These upcoming events are hosted by the Network for Public Health Law (NPHL):
Webinars
Public Health Programs are invited to learn about the legal and policy constructs supporting immunization information exchange across the IZ Gateway. States Attorneys and their IIS/Immunization Program partners will have opportunities to ask questions and learn from the experts that crafted the agreements. Attendees can also earn 60 minutes of free Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for this webinar.
