Reminder to Evaluate AIRA's Resources
Please take a brief survey to evaluate several of the resources that were developed over the past few years. Your feedback will help us improve the quality of AIRA’s resources moving forward.
Please have as many staff as possible with an IIS, immunization, or programmatic role complete this survey. We benefit from having multiple responses from the same awardee/organization/company.
This survey should take approximately 15 minutes and we are asking to receive feedback by the end of the day on Friday, October 23.

INFORMATION REQUESTED
The Massachusetts registry is looking for guidance around other states' guidelines/standards regarding an individual patient’s geographic/jurisdictional level status for the reason code, "no activity for extended period of time."
- What does "extended period of time" mean to other states?
- Does it differ for different age cohorts?
