Accessing IIS Interjurisdictional Records
The Public Health IIS Interjurisdictional Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a form that supports secure, electronic exchange of immunization information among governmental entities that operate an IIS. You can now visit the AIRA website to learn more about interjurisdictional exchange and to view a map that shows which jurisdictions have signed the MOU administered by AIRA. This map is intended to be a tool to support interjurisdictional access to immunization records during the COVID-19 Vaccination Response. Click on a jurisdiction or view the directory to find each jurisdiction's help desk hours, phone, email, and user interface website address.
To view the Information on Accessing IIS Interjurisdictional Records page, you must first log in to the AIRA website using your member username and password. We know you may need to access the map right away and we will provide IIS and immunization program staff access to it regardless of membership status. Upcoming Members & Partners Meeting
