Many of the vaccines being developed require extremely cold storage temperatures. If someone has some sense of what range of storage temperatures may be required for the covid 19 vaccine distribution, this information would be very valuable for manufactures to give them a jump on the design of appropriate distribution equipment, Larry Schlussler Sun Frost

The 100% of the EPI vaccines are storage and transported between 2°C to 8°C, I guess this new vaccine would have the same range of temperature. Otherwise there wouldn´t have equipments where storage it, because ILR equipments meets the range of temperature between 2°C to 8°C, and the others vaccines must share this compartment each other.

Two of the top leading corovavirus vaccine candidates require freezing levels of storage. Moderna’s vaccine requires -4F (-20C), and BioNTech & Pfizer’s vaccine requires a colder temperatures, -94F (-70C).

I hope Covid-19 vaccine that can be stored at 2°C to 8°C will be distributed. We do not have adequate cold chain capacity to store at -20°C and -70°C.

The countries currently use conditioned ice pack have better asset to manage sub-Zero COVID-19 vaccine than countries currently use Chilled water pack. They have some ice pack freezers. Anyway, it will be a big challenge if the COVID-19 vaccines require sub-zero temperature. Best Regards ..................... Chum Aun
