Does anybody have any information about Cholera Vaccine availability? Especially around Asia/South East Asia?

Anybody have any information why we have cholera vaccine shortage of supply now?

The preparation is a mixture of choleragen-toxoid obtained from formalin-inactivated broth cultures of cholera vibrio 569B or 569 (KM-76) of Inaba serovars and O-antigens obtained from the formalin-inactivated broth cultures of cholera vibrio 569 566 (KM-76) Inaba serovars and M-41 Ogawa serovars, by separating, purifying and concentrating with ammonium sulphate. Filler tablets: sugar, starch, talc, calcium stearate. Tablet shell - made from acetylcellulose. The vaccine is used
to prevent cholera in adults, adolescents and children.

210 tablets in a vial (70 man-doses). 
Shelf life - 3 years.
