What: The PtD Global Indaba

When: 6-8 March 2024

Where: Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Bangkok, Thailand

People that Deliver (PtD) has extended the abstract submission deadline for the PtD Global Indaba. Prospective participants now have until 24 November to submit their abstracts through the Global Indaba website.

The theme of the conference, which will be held from 6-8 March 2023, is The supply chain workforce: Solutions to transform health supply chains.

We are looking for abstracts that fall within one of two categories:

• Evidence-based HR for supply chain management solutions with actual results; or
• Future-focused HR for supply chain management solutions to transform health supply chains

All presentations, panel discussions and workshops will centre on skills, staffing, motivation and working conditions – the four pathways in PtD’s Building human resources for supply chain management Theory of Change – and there will be a keen focus on a few select topics, including emergency preparedness, public-private partnerships and establishing acceptable qualifications and accreditation to oversee and regulate the supply chain profession (full list here).
