Malaria vaccine introduction readiness assessment tool
The assessment tool consists of a national-, and a district-level tool. Suggestions for optimal timing and intervals are shaded in yellow for both levels.
Update status of activities by choosing Yes for completed and No for incomplete from the dropdown menu in the timeline boxes.
At the bottom of each tool, summary results of the activities and activity components completed at each monitoring/ supervisory visit are calculated in a number and percentage of the total number of critical preparation activities.
District selection is based on various criteria and considerations, including costs. Districts of concern should be a specific focus.
