We would be interested in hearing the experience of national immunization programmes in countries that use the same vaccine but different presentations (eg. pentavalent 10 dose for fixed sites, pentavalent 1 dose for outreaches). - What issues and challenges have you had with such an arrangement? - Is it easy to do, are there issue with the understanding by health workers? - Are there problems with the recording of doses / usage? - Has such an arrangement improved usage / reduced wastage? - Other experiences? I would be interested in your experiences and thoughts...! Thanks Rudi Eggers
Dear Rudi, Moldova has DTP and MMR in single and 10-dose vials both for routine immunization. I think you should talk to Dr. Oleg Benes and I am sure Oleg will share his experience with you and he may put you in touch with Dr. Melnic (Moldov's EPI Manager). Mojtaba

Thank you, Mojtaba, and I would be interested in hearing from Moldova, from the country itself or from WHO/EURO. Any other experiences out there? Thanks Rudi
